WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING
Bouloukos, Oglesby & Mitchell, provides Wills & Estate Planning in Birmingham, Alabama. Many of us are reluctant to think about such things as wills, estate-planning, and what happens when we die. Having the state determine what happens to your property and possessions is probably not something you desire or expect. That's why we always recommend to our clients that they sit down with us to make sure their estate is handled exactly the way they wish.
The law firm of Bouloukos, Oglesby & Mitchell handles the legal areas of domestic law which include separation, divorce, and child custody. We always recommend that couples having marital difficulties seek counseling and try their best to work things out. Sometimes, however, couples reach a point in their relationship which leads to separation and sometimes divorce. If you are in such a situation it is often a good thing to seek professional advice regarding the implications of the decisions you make. The end of a marriage is a serious thing and should be discussed with a competent professional prior to any actions being taken.
